We currently ship across most serviceable locations in India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or order cancellation.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
Standard Shipping
For orders below ₹499, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations across India.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Scholar Frames reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or orders based on courier serviceability and risk assessment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
Customers can use the tracking information to monitor shipment progress.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.
Scholar Frames shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address, phone number, or delivery information is provided:

Refunds may not be available for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases:

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged Packages
If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording a video while opening the package.
For any claim regarding damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect products, customers must provide:

A clear and uninterrupted opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Clear photos showing the issue.

Order details.
Claims without a valid opening video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, Scholar Frames ships only within India unless otherwise stated.
