We strive to deliver high-quality educational posters in excellent condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Minor color variations caused by different screen displays

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Opening Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement or refund claim, customers must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video recorded while opening the package.

The video must:

  • Start before the package is opened.

  • Clearly show all sides of the sealed package, including the shipping label.

  • Show the package being opened.

  • Clearly show the contents of the package.

  • Clearly capture any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product received.

  • Be recorded in a single continuous take without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.

Claims Without Opening Video

Claims for:

  • Damaged products

  • Missing products

  • Incorrect products

  • Empty package claims

cannot be processed without a valid opening video.

Photos alone may not be sufficient for verification.

Why We Require an Opening Video

The opening video helps us:

  • Verify shipping-related damage.

  • Verify packing errors.

  • Prevent fraudulent claims.

  • Process genuine claims more quickly and fairly.

How to Submit a Claim

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • The complete opening video

Resolution Process

After reviewing the evidence, Scholar Frames may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Provide another appropriate resolution

Approval of claims is subject to successful verification of the submitted evidence.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is defective.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled by Scholar Frames.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through UPI or bank transfer after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the refund is approved due to an error on our part.
